If anything were ever to happen to the chain of command there are written instructions on who to contact, passwords to login to email, website and scheduling software. The scheduling software we use has all pertinent information in one easily accessible place for whoever would have to take over. If anything were to happen to one of our team members, we can step in an reassign any effected visits to another team member making the transition in pet care seamless.
This is another reason when you schedule services with Purrfect Pet Sitting two people come to meet with you and your pets for the initial consultation. The reason for that is twofold. First, it’s for our protection because hey, you never know these days who is luring a single woman to their home. Second, it’s so two of us are familiar with your home and your pets in the event of an emergency the backup person can easily step in and take over.
